JOB TITLE: Customer Support Specialist
LOCATION: 560 Webb Industrial Drive, Marietta, GA 30062
DAYS: Monday – Friday

Job Overview: The successful candidate will perform various functions, such as inputting new orders that come in via phone, email, and the online customer portal. This person should be a fast learner and able to get things done quickly and efficiently as our business in Marietta continues to grow.
Responsibilities:
  • Process new orders received via telephone, email, and our online customer portal.
  • Answer customer phone calls; provide appropriate solutions or direct them accordingly.
  • Update material quantities and add products as the apartment management team requested.
  • Print work order for the following morning
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments regarding any issues with orders (measurement requirements, etc.).
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience providing phone-based customer support preferred
  • Ability to accurately perform data entry while speaking on the phone.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
  • Proactive problem solver – takes initiative to identify, research, and resolve problems as they arise; willing to help others when needed to solve issues.
  • Able to correspond effectively and professionally via email.
  • Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Shared Drive is a plus.
  • Flooring industry experience is a plus but is not required.
